As well as the possible three line whip, what can companies do to encourage people back to the office?  I would be interested to hear from you what would tempt you back.  For me, I think it is: 

1. Seeing colleagues first and foremost; 

2. The change and sense of being part of something bigger; and 

3. Location - does the office take me to an area where I want to be?
